1. Who these terms are with
Bump & Bolster (“the site”, “we”) is published by Selena Hann. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. This is not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is a substitute for care from a qualified professional who knows your history. We hold no medical, nursing, midwifery, lactation, physiotherapy or fitness credential. No page diagnoses any condition or prescribes any treatment.
Talk to your midwife, OB, GP or another qualified provider about your own symptoms, and do that before acting on anything you read here. If you have severe or sudden pain, bleeding, a fever, regular contractions before 37 weeks, reduced fetal movements, chest pain, breathlessness, a severe headache with visual changes, or thoughts of harming yourself or your baby, seek urgent medical help rather than reading a website.
Never delay seeking care because of something you read on this site.
3. Product information, and its limits
We research products; we do not test them. Our how we pick page sets out the method and its limits in full, and the short version is that scores on this site are editorial judgments built from published specifications and reported experience, not measurements we took.
Product specifications, availability and suitability change, and retailers change their listings without telling us. We try hard to be accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find or are told about them, but we give no warranty that product information on this site is complete, current or error-free. Always check the specification, size and suitability on the retailer’s own listing before you buy, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for anything you do buy.

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. Product links on this site are affiliate links, as explained in full on the affiliate disclosure page. You pay the same price either way.
We are not the seller. Your purchase is a contract with the retailer, and payment, delivery, returns, warranties and customer service are all between you and them under their terms. We cannot help with an order, a return or a delivery.
5. Third-party links
We link to retailers and to third-party sources such as professional bodies and public health services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.

The text, scoring, layout and design of this site are ours and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own personal use, and to quote a short passage with a link back and clear attribution.
